EMI enables design professionals to engage with global ministry through our Volunteer Program. Overseas trips (10-14 days long) are the heartbeat of EMI's work. We travel to the site, meet with our client, survey the land, and produce a preliminary conceptual design, all in a short visit. Once we return home, we complete the design report and drawings. Below lists the typical stages that an EMI volunteer takes to be involved before, during, and after the trip.
